Terms of Service

Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and KSPD Strategic Project Delivery Limited ("we", "us"), the business that provides Quotiva. By creating an account or using Quotiva, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you set up.

1. The service

Quotiva is an online tool for building, sending and tracking quotes for construction and telecom work. We may improve, change or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing anything you rely on.

2. Your account

  • You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Each subscription covers one company. Tell us right away at support@quotiva.ca if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and allowed to act for the company you set up.

3. Free trial, price and billing

  • New companies get a 30-day free trial. No credit card is needed to start.
  • After the trial, Quotiva costs C$99 per month per company in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes, unless a different price was offered to you in writing or by a promotion code.
  • Subscriptions renew every month and are charged to your card through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • You can cancel any time from Manage billing in the app. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not give refunds for part months.
  • We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
  • If a payment fails and is not fixed, we may pause access to quotes until the subscription is paid.

4. Your data

Your quotes, rates, client details, logos and other content remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run Quotiva for you, for example to show a quote to a client you send a link to. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You can export quotes as PDF files at any time, and you can ask us to delete your company's data.

5. Your quotes are your responsibility

Quotiva helps you calculate prices, but you decide what to quote. Example rates, profit checks and calculations are a guide only. Check every quote before you send it. We are not responsible for the price, terms or outcome of any quote, bid or contract between you and your clients, or for any client's acceptance or refusal of a quote.

6. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • use Quotiva for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent;
  • upload content you do not have the right to use, or anything harmful such as malware;
  • try to access other companies' data, break the security of the service, or overload it;
  • copy, resell or rebuild Quotiva or share one subscription between separate companies.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will warn you first.

7. Availability

We work to keep Quotiva available and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. The service is provided "as is". Keep your own copies of quotes you need, for example as PDF files.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost jobs or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Quotiva and cancel your subscription at any time. We may end the service for you with 30 days' notice, or right away if you seriously break these terms. After an account closes, we may delete its data after 90 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using Quotivaafter that date means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Saskatchewan.
